Description
Butterfly Ridge Merlot Cabernet has a dark red with magenta hues a delightful combination of mulberry aromas with a hint of cream abound. The palate is full and soft displaying good berry fruit characters, black cherry, mulberry and plum, with good length.
HISTORY:
The grapes for this wine were sourced from the Angove family’s own Nanya vineyards and premium growers in the region.
Soils are predominantly red sandy loam over limestone, on gently undulating east west ridges.
FOOD PAIRING:
Delicious with Salmon burgers, grilled steak and spicy curry dishes.
