Ventisquero, “Fuego Austral” Chardonnay, Valley Central DO?- fresh white wine representing the Central Valley of Chile. The local terroir is ideal for growing white grape varieties. Winery?Ventisquero (Ventesquero)?was established in 1998 under the leadership of the agricultural holding Gonzalo Vial’s Agrosuper, a well-known agricultural market leader in Latin America, who decided to try his hand in the wine business. International varieties that are now popular in Chile are cultivated in the vineyards – Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Carmenere, Syrah, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec. The main principles of the company, which are applied at all stages of wine production, are efficiency, constant striving for quality and high technology. The company employs experienced specialists, including the production director – the well-known in the wine world Pablo Morande and oenologist Aurelio Montes.
