Regional Information
The grapes for i heart Chardonnay were sourced from a range of vineyards in Hungary, with a mix of soil types and climates to ensure the wines possess a harmony of rich fruit and refreshing acidity. Hungary has been producing wines for centuries and modern advancements in winemaking techniques ensure the best wine is made from the wonderful grapes produced.

Vinification Details
Chardonnay grapes harvested in mid-September are carefully vinified at cool temperatures for approximately 14 days, ensuring every last drop of fruit character is preserved in the finished wine. There’s just a hint of vanilla oak character in the wine, to provide extra roundness and complexity rather than imparting an oaky flavour.
