Aroma: quite pleasant – the lightest notes of citruses, light tones of white apple, barely noticeable creamy nuances, mineral notes, light strawiness, barely perceptible nuances of rich pastries, shades of dry herbs, barely noticeable shades of white flowers. Taste: medium-tasting, well-balanced, slightly sweet, shades of white apples and yellow pear pulp, light grassy tones, barely noticeable oily shades, barely perceptible nuances of peach, slight astringency, barely noticeable fruity sourness, light straw shades, shades of southern white colors. A somewhat rustic, but quite drinkable and gastronomic wine. It will be good to drink with white oily fish, seafood – grilled cold cuts of smoked delicacies, semi-hard and hard raw cheeses, medium-tasting p?t?s and salads,
