Short-term maceration in contact with grape skin allows you to get a rich pink color with a reddish tint. Senso Rose is the perfect summer picnic wine. Producer’s description

The company Fish Hoek is the brainchild of the genius winemaker Juan Slabbert, who produces exclusively monosortovye wines of the highest quality. Vineyards are located in Western Cape. After graduating from the Faculty of Oenology at the Elsenburg Agricultural College, Juan decides to become a winemaker. He works tirelessly and is gaining experience in California, France and Germany. In 2009, Juan received the position of senior winemaker, and in August 2016 he became part of the team of Accolade Wines – a large international wine corporation that sells its products in more than 80 countries around the world, including Australia, Great Britain, Ireland, Canada, USA, Japan , China and all of continental Europe.
Fish Hook wines are marked with the Fairtrade certificate, which gives the consumer confidence that he is acquiring a product whose quality is controlled by many international standards.
