Technical Information
The goal was to create a distinctive style of wine by harnessing the qualities of three different but complementary grape varieties from several notable winegrowing regions in Spain. Fermentations take place in stainless steel tanks over 20-25 days at maximum temperatures of 15ºC. Once the vinification process is complete, the wine is left on its lees at low temperature for 2-3 months to develop secondary flavour characteristics. In the case of Chardonnay, the wine remains in French oak barrels for 3 months, with batonnage (stirring the lees) occurring several times a week.

White wine “Campo de la Mancha” Airen made from Airen grapes from its own vineyards holding Felix Solis Avantis. This wine is suitable for daily use, it is an excellent aperitif, moreover, goes well with poultry dishes, white meats and seafood.
Felix Solis Avantis – a well-known wine-producing holding of Spain, he was among the three largest producers of wine country. Holding was founded in 1950 by Felix Solis Fernandez. First wine was produced in Madrid and Valdepeñas. In the 60 years of wine were sold not only in Italy but also exported to countries such as Andorra and Africa. In the 70s the company began to lead the sons Feliksa- Pedro, Juan Antonio, Manuel and Felix, built in the region Valdepeñas another winery. In 2000, the company acquires property in the famous wine-producing regions: Rioja, Ribera del Duero, Rueda, Valdepeñas and La Mancha. Today, the holding includes two independent divisions: Felix Solis, SA and Pagos del Rey, which export their wines to more than 80 countries around the world, as well as own commercial centers in the US, UK, Japan, Germany, France and the Czech Republic. In 1998, the holding company was organized wine production in Shanghai, where the aged and bottled wines produced in Spain.
According to the renowned British magazine ISWR, in 2006 holding Felix Solis Avantis took 10th place in the world ranking of the largest wine producers. -

From the freshly pressed must of Moscato grapes and a small addition of Tempranillo red wine, alcoholic fermentation starts slowly, at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks until 5-5.5% alcohol is reached. The tanks are then hermetically sealed, and a second fermentation – called “prise de mousse” – is started at a lower temperature. When the alcohol reaches 7%, we stop the fermentation by reducing the temperature to 30F. The wine is then filtered to remove any remaining yeasts and transferred to a sealed, controlled temperature tank and prepared for bottling.
