In San Juan, the vines that produce the grapes for this wine grow on sandstone soils. After the hand-picking, the grapes quickly reach the winery. Here they are sorted and carefully ground. Fermentation is then carried out in small wood at controlled temperatures. After the end of fermentation, the Barrel Select Syrah is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barriques.
